Transfer to Cu Chi Tunnels, located approximately 70 km from HCMC. This 250-km tunnel system was built by the Viet Cong during the Indochina conflict and includes clinics, storage facilities, weapons factories, kitchens, offices, and command centers.
Return to HCMC and have lunch at a local restaurant.
Afternoon, start off the city tour in HCM City with a visit to Independence Palace: a special historical place that was constructed by French in 1966 harmonizing between modern and classic architecture
Continue on to Thien Hau Pagoda - the spiritual destination which was built by Chinese immigrants around 1760.
Visit Saigon Central Post Office: a perfect combination of neo-classical European architecture and Asian decoration
End the city tour with a visit to Ben Thanh market, which is loaded with a variety of goods such as consumer goods, cakes and candies, food and foodstuff, and particularly high-quality fruit and vegetables.
