First launched in 2010, the CIMB Classic is a professional annual golf tournament held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, co-hosted by the Asian Tour and the PGA Tour. The CIMB Classic is the only official PGA TOUR FedExCup Tournament held in Southeast Asia.


As the largest golf tournament in Southeast Asia, the CIMB Classic has been attracting the greatest golfers all over the world such as Ernie Els, Phil Mickelson, Henrik Stenson, Adam Scott, Sergio Garcia, Hideki Matsuyama, Justin Thomas and Pat Perez - winning CIMB Classic 2017. The CIMB Classic which is held in TPC Kuala Lumpur golf course attracts more than 35,000 spectators per year. The golf tournament is lived stream over 226 countries and becomes one of the most popular golf events.
