Introduction

Located around 30 km from Ho Chi Minh City, Bo Cap Vang Ecotourism Area offers a relaxed escape into the green countryside of Dong Nai. Covering approximately eight hectares, the destination features shady trees, spacious lawns and a riverside setting that creates a refreshing atmosphere away from the urban bustle. Its natural surroundings and open recreational spaces have made it a popular choice for weekend outings and group excursions.

The area is especially known for its outdoor activities, with options including swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, water-based games and team-building challenges. Visitors can also enjoy picnics, camping and glamping by the river, while the Bliss Waterfall area adds another place to cool off and relax. These activities make the park appealing to families, groups of friends, school outings and corporate gatherings.

Food is another part of the experience, with local-style dishes such as clay-pot roasted chicken, grilled snakehead fish and hotpot featuring freshwater fish reflecting the rustic flavours of southern Vietnam. The dry season is generally convenient for outdoor activities, although conditions should be checked during rainy periods. With its combination of riverside relaxation, active recreation and countryside dining, Bo Cap Vang is an enjoyable option for a day trip from Ho Chi Minh City.
