Introduction

Stretching along the coast between Lach Truong and Lach Trao estuaries, Hai Tien Beach features a broad sandy shoreline backed by a landscape of rivers, coastal villages and green hills. Compared with busier seaside destinations, it offers a more relaxed atmosphere while providing a growing range of hotels, resorts, restaurants and recreational services.

Visitors can enjoy swimming when sea conditions are safe, take leisurely walks along the shore or visit Hai Tien Pier for panoramic sea views. The surrounding fishing communities offer opportunities to observe local fishermen at work, explore seafood markets and sample freshly caught fish, shrimp and squid. Nearby attractions, including Linh Truong Mountain and local cultural and historical sites, provide additional options for exploring the area beyond the beach.

The best time to visit is generally from May to August, when beach activities are most popular. With its combination of seaside relaxation, local cuisine and coastal culture, Hai Tien is a rewarding destination for a summer getaway in North Central Vietnam.
